The integration of the installed capacity of photovoltaic solar energy in the national system has grown by 62.44% compared to March 2021, going from 12,437 megawatts (MW) installed in that month to 20,203 MW in March of this year. The comparison with a year ago is also positive, growing by 24.61% from the 16,213 MW registered in March 2022.

Similarly, Red Eléctrica reported through its Twitter account a new record for instantaneous solar generation, both photovoltaic and thermal, in the peninsular system, covering almost 60% of demand.
