Kenergy opened a new office in Colonia Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, where it will consolidate its team to better meet the country’s growing demand for renewable energy project prospecting and development.

In line with the current growth in electricity consumption and the demand of large Mexican consumers to meet this demand with renewable generation sources, Kenergy is taking a step forward to consolidate its growth and strengthen its team.

The company has had a presence in Mexico since 2011, developing 540 MWp connected to the national electricity grid. During 2023, Kenergy launched a competitive process to create a long-term development platform with a goal of 1.5 GW of installed capacity, which was finally achieved in early 2024.
