WHAT DO WE DO?
We pave the way for a solid, realistic and committed energy transition.
We develop cost-effective and sustainable solar photovoltaic power plants to meet the world’s energy needs.
We develop projects from the initial phase of location and signing of land to the commercialisation of energy once connected to the grid.
Identification of optimal locations. We internally prepare feasibility studies of environmental and social impact, solar resources, access and capacity to the electrical grid, non-affectation to archaeological or cultural areas, analysis of local regulations and determination of possible benefits for nearby communities.
Land signing. Negotiation with the owners of the area, signing of agreements and registration of these, rigorously complying with the agrarian law in force in each location.
Obtaining all necessary permits, licences and authorisations to develop, construct, operate and maintain the renewable energy generation asset.
Support in Due Diligence processes related to the financing and sale of projects, etc.
Support in the PPA process and market regulation.

We form a qualified, specialised and committed team in the photovoltaic sector, with more than 20 years of professional experience developing renewable energy projects.
Management Team
Multidisciplinary team with a great capacity to develop strategic alliances and more than 120 years of combined experience in the sector, both in development and Project Management.
Development/M&A Team
Management of project exit agreements. Developing strategic alliances with large landowners, developers, energy or green hydrogen buyers.
Project Management & Engineering Team
In-house team with extensive experience in the markets where it operates and alliances with leading engineering companies.
Prospection Team
Team of specialised local prospectors with urban planning knowledge. We have local offices and specialised back office and in-house design of document management software.
Ecosystems Team
Development of sustainable solutions, working hand in hand with landowners and local communities, for the preservation of natural landscapes after intensive cultivation and herbicides used in farming.
