The National Center for Energy Control (CENACE) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) the Agreement by which legal deadlines and terms are resumed in acts and procedures substantiated.

The Agreement details how the interconnection requests that were affected by the “Agreement declaring the suspension of deadlines and terms in the acts and procedures substantiated before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020”, will be addressed. published in the DOF on April 1, 2020 and its respective amendments.

In ANNEX 1 of the Agreement, CENACE describes the process and schedule of attention for applications such as:

• The interconnection accepted in the System of Attention to Interconnection and Connection Requests before March 26, 2020.

• Those of interconnection suspended, in the process of revision or entered between March 26, 2020 and until the day of the published agreement, that is, this November 14; and

• Requests for Interconnection Studies with clarification entered before the publication of the agreement published today; with a due date to request the next Interconnection Study after March 26, 2020; and the new Requests for Interconnection Studies entered after the publication of the current agreement, that is, this November 14.
